Selection
To choose a team most Team Managers will arrange a trial at a local athletic stadium or park during the winter months.
Some Team Managers will use another method of team selection other then a single trial, basing their selection on how an athlete has performed at track athletics or cross country championships during the year.
If you would like to attend a trial or find out how to qualify please check the trial information section for updated posts on local trials near you or contact your Team Manager from your London Borough / English Region or Home Country, to find out more.
