South East

The South East region will be selecting from performance based on the following races:

Local Leagues, County Champs, Schools County Champs, Southern and National Cross Country Champs, National Inter Counties and ESAA Championships, athletes do not have to do all of these races but selection will be based on performance in these.

Reps from most of the counties will meet to select after the Inter Counties with small changes made if needed after the ESAA.
