2024 deferrals

We will email anyone who requested a deferral from the mass event, who is eligible to defer, by the end of May with further information. In the meantime, please see this page to find out which types of entry are eligible to defer.

Virtual Results

• If you used the Official TCS London Marathon App, your result will be automatically updated, and your Finisher Medal and T-Shirt will be with you within two weeks and up to six weeks if you live outside of the UK.
• If you used an alternative device, please go ahead and upload this via the email we sent you during event week and your result will show within 24 hours. Your Finisher Medal and T-shirt will be with you within two weeks and up to six weeks if you live outside of the UK

Lost property

Any lost property from the event is in the process of being returned to us and if you haven’t heard from us by Monday 22 April, please get in touch again then.

2025 Ballot

Applications for the 2025 TCS London Marathon Ballot are now open! You can enter the ballot here and the opportunity to apply closes at 21:00 on Friday 26 April.
